How to view my personal documents?
1. What are personal documents?
These are all your personal documents, such as your payslips, contracts, amendments, training certificates, or any other document related to you.
2. How can I view my personal documents?
Click on "My profile", then select the "Documents" tab.
Your contracts may also be available in the "Job" tab, in the "Work Contracts" section, when you click on the link icon.
3. How can I view the most recently added documents?
Click on the light blue button titled "Latest documents" to display the most recently added documents.
4. How can I access all my documents?
To view all your documents:
Click on the dark blue button "Display files" to display all available documents.
You can also browse the different folders or subfolders by clicking on them to view the files they contain.
5. How can I download a document?
Click on the desired document to preview it.
Once the document is open, choose from the following options:
Download: Click the "Download" button to save the file to your device.
Print: Click the "Print" button to get a paper copy.
Tip: In the folder view, you can also click on the three small dots next to the file to access the preview, download, or print options directly.
