How to request a change to my punch clock entries?
- Log in to your account and go to My Profile > Punch Clock.
- Select the day for which you want to request a modification.
By default, the current day is displayed, but you can select another date:
- Use the arrows around the day, month, and year fields.
- Or click directly on a field to choose a specific date.
- Click on the Modification Request button:
You then have several modification options:
- Edit an existing punch: Click on the punch in question, modify the information (time of punch, type, comment, additional information).
- Delete an existing punch: Click on the trash icon.
- Add a punch: Click on the blue Add punch button (e.g., if you forgot to log your exit).
- Add a punch between two existing punches: Use the arrows (up arrow to add a punch before, down arrow to add a punch after).
- Submit your request: Click on the green Add Request button to send your request. It will then be forwarded to the relevant persons for validation.
