How can I view the summary of my daily punches and hours worked?

Log in to your account and go to My Profile > Punch Clock.

Below the buttons used for clocking in, you will find the following information for the current day:

The balance: Updated in real-time (refresh the page to view the updated data).

The planned time: Corresponds to the expected working hours for the day, adjusted for any deductions (e.g., a half-day of leave taken).

The performed time : Represents the actual hours worked, minus any automatic adjustments (e.g., an un-taken lunch break).

Exits and pauses: Indicates the details of periods not worked.

Below this section, you can view:

The punch times for the day, along with the corresponding presence and absence times.

The origin of the punches: Indicates the device used (physical punch clock, app, etc.) and, if geolocation is enabled, the location where the punch was recorded.

Additional information: Project, activity, customer, and location associated with the punches.

Can I view a day other than the current one?


Yes, you can select another day by:

Clicking the arrows around the day, month, and year boxes.
Or by clicking directly on a box to choose a specific day, month, or year.

Depending on the settings defined by your company, access to this feature may not be available.
