How can I record my punches from a smartphone?
To record your punches from a smartphone, you have two options:
From your account: Log in to your account from your smartphone and go to My Profile > Punch Clock.
Use the dedicated app: Install the MyTime app to avoid having to log in each time you use it.
You can perform different types of clock-ins by clicking on the corresponding buttons:
Arrival: First clock-in of the day, resuming after a break, a mission exit, or a regular exit.
Departure: End of the day or temporary work stoppage.
Mission: Work outside the company (this option may not be available depending on the settings defined by your company).
Break: Start of a break (this option may not be available depending on the settings defined by your company).
You may also be asked to provide certain mandatory or optional information, such as:
Activity
Project
Customer
Location
Whether the time worked is teleworking or not teleworking
Depending on the settings defined by your company, access to this feature may not be available.
