Can I add or delete personal documents?

It depends on the rights that have been granted to you:


  • If the files are "read-only": You cannot add or delete documents. You can only view, download, and print them.
  • If you have the necessary rights: You have the ability to add, rename, or delete documents.


How to add a document?


To add a document:


  • Drag the file directly into the relevant folder.
  • Or click on the banner below the folder name to select the file to upload.


How to rename or delete a document?


  • Click on the three small dots next to the document in question.
  • Choose the "Rename" option to change the document's name.
  • Select "Move to trashbox" to delete the document.


What to do if a document was deleted by mistake?


If a document was placed in the trash by mistake, you can restore it:


  1. Click on "View trashbox" below the folders.
  2. Search for the relevant file.
  3. Click the "Restore" arrow to return the document to its original location.
