Can I add or delete personal documents?
It depends on the rights that have been granted to you:
- If the files are "read-only": You cannot add or delete documents. You can only view, download, and print them.
- If you have the necessary rights: You have the ability to add, rename, or delete documents.
How to add a document?
To add a document:
- Drag the file directly into the relevant folder.
- Or click on the banner below the folder name to select the file to upload.
How to rename or delete a document?
- Click on the three small dots next to the document in question.
- Choose the "Rename" option to change the document's name.
- Select "Move to trashbox" to delete the document.
What to do if a document was deleted by mistake?
If a document was placed in the trash by mistake, you can restore it:
- Click on "View trashbox" below the folders.
- Search for the relevant file.
- Click the "Restore" arrow to return the document to its original location.
