How to submit a recurring leave or absence request?
1. What is a recurring absence?
A recurring absence refers to a request covering specific and repetitive days, such as every Friday for three weeks.
2. How to submit a recurring absence request?
To submit a recurring absence request, follow these steps:
Go to My Profile > Time Offs and Absences.
Click on the Add New Request button.
Select the reason for the absence and the relevant period.
Select the recurring days by clicking on the gray box on the right.
Confirm your request by clicking on the Add Request button.
Your request will then be sent to the relevant personnel for approval.
3. Can I request a recurring absence for half a day or less?
Yes, if this option is enabled by your company, you can also:
Submit a request for half a day or less by adjusting the scheduled hours and specifying the exact number of hours.
Indicate the start time of the leave for an absence of less than a full day in the field next to the requested hours.
4. What should I do if my request covers a period of more than two months?
By default, a two-month period is displayed when selecting the duration. If your request exceeds this period, you can manually enter the desired dates in the designated field.
5. Can I check my balance before submitting the request?
Yes, you can view your balance at the bottom of your request, both before and after its approval.
