# Is it possible to know if my colleagues are absent?

Yes, you can view an overview of your colleagues' absences, which is particularly useful, for example, when organizing a meeting or planning time off.

**1. Where can I view my colleagues' absences?**

* Go to the **Company > Time Offs and Absences** menu.
* You will see a calendar displaying the leaves and absences for the current month.

**2. Is it possible to change the displayed period?**

Yes, you can view other months by using the arrows next to the boxes indicating the month and year.

**3. What do the colors in the display mean?**

The legend corresponding to the requests is indicated at the top right of the table.

* A validated request is displayed with a solid color.
* A request awaiting validation is displayed with a hatched pattern.
