How to request a leave or absence?

1. How to submit a leave or absence request?



To submit a request, follow these steps:

Go to My Profile > Time Offs and Absences.
Click on the Add New Request button.
Select the reason for the absence and the relevant period.
Add a comment or attach a file, such as a medical certificate (optional).
Click on the Add Request button to confirm it.
Your request will then be sent to the relevant personnel for approval.

2. What happens after selecting the period?



The days with scheduled working hours for the full day will be displayed. Depending on your company’s configuration, you may also:

Submit a request for a half-day or less by removing the scheduled hours and specifying the exact number of hours.
Indicate the start time of the leave for absences shorter than a full day in the box next to the requested hours.

3. Can I check my balance before submitting the request?



Yes, you can view your balance at the bottom of your request, both before and after its approval.

4. Is it possible to see if others have already requested leave for the same period?



Yes, if your company’s configuration allows it.
The names of colleagues who have approved requests for the selected days will appear next to the dates.
