# How to log in with two-factor authentication?

**If your company has enabled two-factor authentication, you will need to enter a unique code in addition to your password each time you log in.**

**1. How to set up two-factor authentication during the first login?**

* First, download an authentication app such as **Google Authenticator** or **Microsoft Authenticator** on your smartphone.
* If needed, buttons at the bottom of the screen will allow you to access the stores to download these apps (available for iPhone/Android).

**2. What to do if I am logging in from a computer?**

* Open the authentication app previously downloaded on your smartphone.
* Scan the **QR code** displayed on the screen.
* Enter the **code generated** by the app in the required field.

**3. What to do if I am logging in from my smartphone?**

* You will not be able to scan the QR code.
* Click on **“Manual Setup”**.
* A **secret key** will be displayed. Copy/paste this key into your authentication app to finalize the setup.

**4. What happens next?**

* Once the code is entered, you will be logged in to your account.
* This initial setup will only be required once.

**5. How to log in thereafter?**

* For future logins, open the authentication app.
* After entering your email address and password, enter the **unique code** displayed in the app.
