How to log in with two-factor authentication?

If your company has enabled two-factor authentication, you will need to enter a unique code in addition to your password each time you log in.

1. How to set up two-factor authentication during the first login?

First, download an authentication app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your smartphone.
If needed, buttons at the bottom of the screen will allow you to access the stores to download these apps (available for iPhone/Android).

2. What to do if I am logging in from a computer?

Open the authentication app previously downloaded on your smartphone.
Scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
Enter the code generated by the app in the required field.

3. What to do if I am logging in from my smartphone?

You will not be able to scan the QR code.
Click on “Manual Setup”.
A secret key will be displayed. Copy/paste this key into your authentication app to finalize the setup.

4. What happens next?

Once the code is entered, you will be logged in to your account.
This initial setup will only be required once.

5. How to log in thereafter?

For future logins, open the authentication app.
After entering your email address and password, enter the unique code displayed in the app.
