Generate and copy the .ics link from the source calendar you want to export data from.

Log in to myHR and click on Calendar in the top navigation bar.

Go to Settings, then select the Import Calendar tab.

Assign a label to the imported calendar and choose the display color.

Paste the .ics link copied from the other calendar.

Click the Add Link button.

Once synchronization is complete, the link icon will appear in green, along with the date and time of the last update.
