Which calendars can I export my myHR calendar to?

You can export your myHR calendar to other programs compatible with the .ics format, such as Apple Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, Mozilla Lightning, and more.

How to export my myHR calendar?

Go to Calendar in the top navigation bar.

Navigate to Settings, then select the Export Calendar tab.

Click the Export Link button.

Choose what you want to export:

Time offs and absences:

- Export only your absences, your colleagues' absences, or both.
- Choose whether to group this data or keep it separate.
- Filter by the types of time offs and absences you want to export.

Events:

- Export only the events you created, those shared by your colleagues, or all events.
- Select the categories of events to export.

Click Generate Link at the bottom of the page and copy the generated .ics link.

Open the external calendar where you want to import the data.

Paste the .ics link in the designated section on your external calendar to export your data from myHR.
