# How to configure my calendar?

**To configure your calendar, simply follow these steps:**

1. Click on **Calendar** in the top navigation bar.
    
2. Click on **Settings** to open the configuration options.
    
3. In this section, you can:
    
* Set the default view: year, month, week, day, or list.
* Choose whether to display weekends or not.
* Specify the start and end time of your workdays.
* Choose the default visibility of the events you create (private, public, visible to those you share your calendar with, or visible only to specific employees).

4. Once your preferences are set, click **Update Configuration** to save your choices.

|| Tip: You can change the calendar view at any time by selecting year, month, week, day, or list directly from your calendar.
