What are the company's shared documents?

The company's shared documents are files made available to all employees, a team, a department, or a specific service. They may include, among other things:

Internal procedures
Notes or information memos
Reports or minutes accessible to all

How to access the company's shared documents?

Go to the Company section, then click on Shared Documents.
Select the desired folder to view the files it contains.

How to view all the files?

Click on the dark blue button "Display files" to view all available documents.
You can also browse through the different folders or subfolders by clicking on them to see the files they contain.

How to download a document?

Click on the desired document to preview it.
Once the document is open, choose between:

Download: Click the "Download" button to save the file to your device.
Print: Click the "Print" button to get a paper copy.

Tip: In the folder view, you can also click on the three small dots next to the file to directly access the preview, download, or print options.
