# How can I record my punches on a stationary punch clock?

To record your punches from a stationary punch clock, follow these steps:

1. Choose **the type of punch** you wish to make by clicking on:

* **Arrival:** First punch of the day, resumption after a break, mission exit, or regular exit.
    
* **Departure:** End of the day or temporary work stoppage.
    
* **Mission:** Business trip outside the company (this option may not be available depending on the settings defined by your company).
    
* **Break:** Start of a break (this option may also be disabled depending on your company's settings).

2. **Authenticate yourself** by:

* Scanning your **badge** or **card**,
    
* Entering your **code**,
    
* Or using your **fingerprint**.

3. A message will appear confirming that your punch has been successfully recorded.
