How to recover or change my password?

You can reset your password at any time.

1. How do I reset my password?

• Click on "Reset password" at the top left of the login page.
• Enter the requested information: your email address and the security code.
• Click on the "Reset password" button.

2. What happens next?

• You will receive an email containing a button "Reset my password"".
• Click on this button, enter your new password, and then confirm by clicking on "Reset my password".

3. What happens after I reset my password?

• You will be redirected to the login page where you can enter your email address and new password.
• You will also receive an email confirming that your password has been successfully changed.
