1. How to modify a leave or absence request?

If you wish to modify a request you have already made, follow these steps:

Click on the status of the relevant request.
Change the necessary information, such as the period or the requested hours.
Click on the Request modification button.

Your modification request will follow the same approval process as the initial request. It can be approved or rejected by the responsible person.

2. How to cancel a leave or absence request?

To cancel a request, you have two options:

Click on the status of the relevant request, then click on the Request cancellation button.
If allowed by your company, you can also cancel a request directly that has the status Request to Review (i.e., before it is approved or rejected) by clicking on the Cancel Request button.
