How to make a home working request?
1. How to submit a remote work request?
To submit a request, follow these steps:
Go to My Profile > Time Offs and Absences.
Click on the Add new request button.
Choose the reason Remote work (the wording may vary) and the relevant period.
Add a comment or attach a file (Optional).
Click the Add request button to validate it.
Your request will then be forwarded to the relevant people for approval.
2. What happens once the period is selected?
The days with the scheduled hours for the entire day will be displayed. Depending on the configuration set by your company, you can also:
Submit a request for half a day or less by removing the scheduled hours and specifying the exact number of hours.
Indicate the start time of the remote work if your request is for less than a full day, in the box next to the requested hours.
3. Can I check my balance before validating the request?
Yes, you can view your balance at the bottom of your request, both before and after it has been accepted.
4. Is it possible to see if other people have already submitted a request for the same period?
Yes, if the configuration set by your company allows it. The names of colleagues who have approved requests for the selected days will appear next to the dates.
