How to make a recurring home working request?
1. What is a recurring home working request?
A recurring request refers to a request covering specific, repetitive days, such as every Wednesday, for example.
2. How to submit a recurring home working request?
To submit a recurring request, follow these steps:
Go to My Profile > Time Offs and Absences.
Click on the Add new request button.
Select the reason Remote Work (the wording may vary) and the relevant period.
Click on the recurring days in the gray box to the right to select them.
Validate your request by clicking on the Add request button.
Your request will then be forwarded to the relevant people for approval.
3. Can I submit a recurring home working request for half a day or less?
Yes, if this option is enabled by your company, you can also:
Submit a request for half a day or less by removing the scheduled hours and specifying the exact number of hours.
Indicate the start time of home working for requests shorter than a full day in the box next to the requested hours.
4. What if my request covers a period longer than two months?
By default, a two-month view will appear when selecting the period. If you need to cover a longer period, enter it manually in the dedicated box.
5. Is it possible to check my balance before validating the request?
Yes, you can view your balance at the bottom of your request, both before and after it has been accepted.
