Where can I view my team’s planning?

Go to Planning in the top bar. You will then be able to view your planning as well as your colleagues' planning.

What are the different views available for the planning?

You have several views available:

Month view: The number of planned hours for the current month is displayed for each day. To see your exact hours, hover your mouse over the number of hours.

Week view: Your hours and the total hours per day are shown for the current week. If tasks have been entered, they will also appear.

Day view: Your hours and the total hours for the current day are displayed.

Slots view: This view shows the time slots when you and your colleagues are working, for the current week.

How can I view other periods?

Use the arrows on either side of the boxes (month, weeks, or days) or click directly on the box to enter a date and view a different period.

Are time offs and absences indicated in the planning?

Yes, time offs and absences are shown in the planning.

In the month, week, and day views, they appear in a rounded box with the corresponding number of hours. Holidays pending approval are shown as dashed.
In the slots view, approved holidays are displayed in red, while holidays pending approval are shown in orange next to the person’s name.

What options are available in the different views?

For the month, week, or day views, click on the hours or the number of hours to access additional information such as activity, project, customer, location, team, break, tasks to perform, and any comments (these details are available only if they have been entered by your employer).

For the month, week, or day views, you can also choose to view by employees or by tags.

What display customization options are available?

You can display standard weeks (Monday to Sunday) or extended weeks (2 days before and 2 days after the current week).
For the month, you can choose between a calendar month view or a full weeks view.

Tip: A legend of time offs/absence types and labels is available above the table to help you interpret the information.

Depending on the settings defined by your company, access to this feature may not be available.
