If your company has enabled two-factor authentication, you will need to enter a unique code in addition to your password each time you log in.

1. How to set up two-factor authentication during the first login?

  • First, download an authentication app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator on your smartphone.
  • If needed, buttons at the bottom of the screen will allow you to access the stores to download these apps (available for iPhone/Android).

2. What to do if I am logging in from a computer?

  • Open the authentication app previously downloaded on your smartphone.
  • Scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
  • Enter the code generated by the app in the required field.

3. What to do if I am logging in from my smartphone?

  • You will not be able to scan the QR code.
  • Click on “Manual Setup”.
  • A secret key will be displayed. Copy/paste this key into your authentication app to finalize the setup.

4. What happens next?
